Every single detail of this stunning Woodside property has been meticulously considered and executed – and now one lucky buyer has the opportunity to call this luxe abode home.

Edwina Harrison and her partner Matt Penny have owned the property at 353 Nairne Rd for the past five years, with their grand family home – built by acclaimed builder Klemm Homes – completed in 2024.

“I spent over a year with my architect refining the design and now someone’s going to be able to move into a virtually brand new, beautiful home,” Ms Harrison says.

The Woodside acreage estate at 353 Nairne Rd was built last year.

It has a black and white theme, making it look sleek and luxurious.

The main living areas are open and flow seamlessly outside.

It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

“We built this for ourselves, not with the intention of selling it, but we’re now looking to move on to another project.

“It’s one of the most premium parcels of land in the Adelaide Hills – a 20-acre block is very, very hard to come by.

“Every square inch of this property is usable and that’s very rare.

“Above all else, we were looking to create a spectacular family home, which I think we’ve done.

“We didn’t spare any expense.

“It’s amazing for entertaining and when people come here they don’t want to leave.

“As well as being beautiful it also had to function really well and it does.

“If I were to build again and start over there’s absolutely nothing I would change.”

The home offers some 593sqm of living space and has four bedrooms, a study and a home theatre.

The kitchen flows to an open-plan dining and living area that leads out to an entertainer’s terrace with an outdoor kitchen overlooking an inground pool and spa.

It’s lavish at every turn.

The outdoor entertainment area has plenty of space to host guests.

The pool is a standout feature of the property.

It also has equestrian facilities.

A separate three bedroom dwelling – again, with an open-plan kitchen and living area – can be found in the home’s equestrian complex, which has seven stables, two storerooms and a large shed.

It overlooks an Olympic arena, round and horse yards and 10 irrigated paddocks.

“We’ve got show horses and my partner has some racehorses so they occasionally come home to spell,” Ms Harrison says.

“We’ve got high-end horse facilities, but all of the internal fences can be taken out if someone wants to use it as a hobby farm or a weekender, so it does suit quite a variety of people.

“Plus the views are amazing – we can see from Charleston to Woodside to Lenswood, back to Mt Lofty, and over Stirling way – it’s incredible.”

With their vision for the property now fully realised, Ms Harrison says it is time for the couple to move onto their next project, but that it will be a wrench to sell their dream home.

“It’s going to be a sad day to say goodbye, but we would love to see another family enjoy it,” she says.

Best offers for the home close at 1pm on August 13.
