A Queensland property with an epic basketball court honouring six time NBA champion Michael Jordan has hit the market.

Chicago Bulls fans will be impressed with the Gold Coast home which includes a black half court featuring the unmistakeable ‘Jumpman’ logo – a silhouette of six time NBA champion Michael Jordan, used in Nike marketing.

The sellers built the home in Benowa, but are understood to be making the move back to Melbourne.

Marketing agent Rebecca Wiggins, of Ray White Malan + Co described the property a the “ultimate expression of modern luxury”.

“If you’re a basketball fan, then this is the home for you,” said Ms Wiggins.

“The owners’ son loves basketball so they put a court in for him when they built the property; and not just a hoop on a pole, a fully sealed half court with the ‘Jumpman’ logo.

The basketball court is in the centre of the home.


The home backs on to the Nerang River.

“It’s actually very well designed – the home is a U shape, with the court in the middle, so anyone with children can be inside and keep an eye on their kids while they play.

“Of course, you don’t just have to play basketball on the court, it’s a great recreation space.”

The home at 25 The Boulevarde is in a gated complex in the Royal Pines resort, with four bedrooms and a butler’s pantry in the kitchen.

Other features include a pool and alfresco entertaining zone, office, and media room.

PropTrack data reveals the median house price in Benowa is $1.675m, up 2.1 per cent over 12 months.

“Benowa is ultra liveable,” Ms Wiggins said.

“25 The Boulevard sits within the Royal Pines precinct, so there’s easy access to a world class golf course, the AFL ground is just over the river, and the M1 is a matter of minutes away.

“Benowa is a very family friendly area, and is starting to forge a bit of a reputation as a ‘lifestyle suburb’.

“Who knows, the buyers of 25 The Boulevarde may well be raising the next Boomer, and Olympic medallist.”

The home is for sale via expressions of interest campaign closing August 8.

The highest ever sale recorded in Benowa was $6.78m, paid in 2024 for 75 Sir Bruce Blvd.
