A bespoke Fleurieu Peninsula home is the realisation of a dream for vendor Nardia and her family.
Having secured a rare 1ha vacant allotment in Lower Inman Valley, Nardia and builder husband Andrew created the spectacular home at 276 Greenhills Rd, with views of the ocean and The Bluff, in 2019.
With full control over the design process, Nardia said the five-bedroom home represented everything she ever wanted.

The Lower Inman Valley home at 276 Greenhills Rd has hit the market.
The owners built it in 2019.
It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms …
“We sat down at the computer and I told Andrew what I wanted and he drew it all up,’’ Nardia said.
Nardia’s wish list included “a big, airy home – almost with a warehouse-type feel’’, set over two levels with a teenage bedroom wing for their two oldest children.
A mudroom and outdoor entertainment area were essential, as was a luxurious upstairs master bedroom retreat.
The home was purpose-built for the couple and their three kids, but Nardia said it was designed with potential resale in mind and a keen eye as to what buyers would want.

The main bedroom occupies the entire top level of the home.
The ensuite is a highlight of the master suite.
The outdoor entertaining area has a pizza oven and barbecue.
It also has sweeping views.
A double-sided fireplace in the main living area was well-executed, and provided a gathering spot for family and friends while entertaining.
With Andrew taking on more building projects on the Eyre Peninsula, Nardia said the family had relocated to Port Lincoln.
The property will be auctioned at 5.30pm on July 25.
