“It’s rare to find a place where three generations can live together comfortably, with enough space for everyone.”

His property at 399 San Fernando Drive is going to auction on August 9 via Ryan Deague and Wayne Foster of Harcourts Property Hub
“Since kick off on the weekend with the first open homes, the property has been very well
received by families looking for space, flexibility, and the acreage lifestyle,” Mr Deague said.
“Featuring a well-appointed main residence with a flexible, secondary-living floorplan, plus a fully self-contained stand-alone residence, it’s a perfect setup for or multi-generational living or visiting ex teammates.
“(It’s) set on a sprawling 6,369sq m block — a depth roughly the length of an AFL footy oval.

“The property offers space to come together, room to spread out, and nature to explore.”
Standout features include a generous alfresco deck, basketball court and swimming pool.
Property records reveal Lappin bought the estate in 2015, and had the home on the market for almost two months last year.
PropTrack data reveals the median house price in Worongary is $1.251m, up 3.4 per cent.
